Information We Collect

When you create a TickerShift account we collect your email address. We also collect the tickers you add to your watchlist, notes you write on individual stocks, your conviction calls, and the tickers you have recently viewed. We do not collect your name, phone number, or payment information directly — payment processing is handled securely through the App Store or Google Play.

How We Use Your Information

We use your email to authenticate your account and send account-related communications. We use your watchlist and viewing history to personalize your experience and pre-generate research for stocks you care about. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

Data Storage

Your account data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. Stock research content is cached to improve app performance. Payment information is processed and stored by Apple or Google and never touches our servers.

Third Party Services

TickerShift uses the following third party services: Supabase for database and authentication, Apple App Store and Google Play for payment processing, Financial Modeling Prep for stock market data, and Anthropic Claude for research generation.

Push Notifications

If you grant permission we may send push notifications about earnings events, watchlist updates, and weekly digests. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings or within the app under Profile — Notifications.

Data Deletion

You can reset all your app data at any time from Profile — Account Settings — Reset App Data. To permanently delete your account and all associated data contact us at hello@tickershift.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
