Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your TickerShift account and the data attached to it.

Delete your account in the app

Open TickerShift, go to the Profile tab, and choose Delete account. Confirm when asked. Your account and its data are removed immediately.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes your login, your watchlist, your notes, your conviction calls, your recently viewed tickers, your notification settings, and the link between your account and your subscription record.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play or the Apple App Store, otherwise it may keep renewing. Purchase records are held by Google or Apple under their own policies.

Can't open the app?

Email hello@tickershift.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We process deletion requests within 30 days.
