Subscription and Billing

TickerShift offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial period ends your subscription costs $5.99 per month or $59.99 per year depending on the plan you select. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends and will not be charged. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months or partial years. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use TickerShift for personal research purposes only. You may not scrape, copy, redistribute, or commercialize any content generated by TickerShift. You may not share your account credentials with others. You may not use TickerShift to make financial decisions on behalf of others without appropriate licensing.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TickerShift is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the platform. Stock data and research content may contain errors or omissions. Market data is provided by Financial Modeling Prep and may be delayed.

Limitation of Liability

TickerShift and its operators shall not be liable for any investment losses, financial damages, or other losses arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any information provided. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the app. Continued use of TickerShift after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washington State.
