TickerShift provides stock research and information for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on TickerShift constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or financial guidance of any kind. Always conduct your own research and consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions. Past performance does not indicate future results.
Subscription and Billing
TickerShift is free to use with a daily limit on new research reports, and the limit may change. TickerShift Premium costs $5.99 per month or $59.99 per year in the United States; in other countries the price is shown in local currency before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple App Store account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and Premium stays active until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use TickerShift for personal research purposes only. You may not scrape, copy, redistribute, or commercialize any content generated by TickerShift. You may not share your account credentials with others. You may not use TickerShift to make financial decisions on behalf of others without appropriate licensing.
Disclaimer of Warranties
TickerShift is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the platform. Stock data and research content may contain errors or omissions. Market data is provided by a licensed third-party data provider and may be delayed.
Limitation of Liability
TickerShift and its operators shall not be liable for any investment losses, financial damages, or other losses arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any information provided. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the app. Continued use of TickerShift after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washington State.
